I'm Rosie, the face behind PAWS for Thought Counselling. Based on a working farm on the outskirts of Exmoor, working with my small but mighty team of Therapy Animals. I am a Qualified Counsellor and BACP registered, along with a Diploma in working with Children & Young People.
I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and registered with the BACP. Each person that seeks Counselling will be looking for something different, so having a chat together first can be beneficial.
We can use a range of approaches to aid our work together, but the true work is done by you, as after all you are the expert of yourself.
I have experience working within the Social Care sector with Adults & Young People, which made me aware of the limited support available.
I want to provide a space for both Adults and Young People to access support through Counselling and Animal Assisted Therapy. Helping to improve mental health and build awareness, helping you move towards self-acceptance. Never underestimate the difference you make.
